These were a big hit at a 4th of July picnic.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoonsbutter or margarine

1 package (10 oz., about 40)regular marshmallows

6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

1/2 cup brownie mix

In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Add brownie mix and stir until there are no longer any lumps. Remove from heat.

Add cereal stir until coated. Pour into greased pan. Press flat. *I keep the wrapper from the margarine and use it to press them into the pan. It’s already buttered and won’t stick!*

Let cool.
