This decadent dessert was inspired by my Mom’s love of the chocolate and orange flavor combination. It’s rich, creamy and filled with lots of flavor.

Ingredients:

1 bag mini marshmallows

1 box brownie mix (plus items required to make the mix, usually an egg, oil and some water)

1 box orange jello

1 box vanilla pudding

1 small container cool whip

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup water

Make brownies according to package directions. Bake and let cool completely. Cut into 1 inch squares when cooled. While brownies are baking mix the sweetened condensed milk, water and pudding until smooth. Put in fridge until ready to layer items. Mix together cool whip and orange jello mix until smooth and place in fridge. When all parts are made put a layer of brownie squares in the bottom of the dish followed by half of the orange cool whip, then half the bag of marshmallows, then half of the vanilla pudding mixture. Repeat the layers. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. The next day you can enjoy! This can also be done with other jello or pudding flavors for an endless combination of flavorful desserts. Try raspberry jello and coconut cream pudding or chocolate pudding and strawberry jello.
