So I love brownie mixes. I can get them at my local Aldi for about a dollar and there are tons of things you can do with them! So the challenge I’ve given myself is to post a new way to use a brownie mix every Friday until I’ve come up with 101 of them!

Our first installment is Dessert Waffles

Ingredients:

1 Brownie Mix

2 eggs

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup water

Mix ingredients completely and pour into waffle maker that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Let them cook about 5 minutes. Open waffle maker and let sit for about 30 seconds before trying to remove them.

We enjoyed them topped with frosting and a spoonfull of whipped cream.
