These bread recipes seem like you spent a ton of time making them when really all you do is throw them in the breadmaker!
As You Wish Breadsticks
I can’t remember where I got this recipe. I wrote it into my recipe book years ago, but it is our all time favorite breadstick recipe. The breadsticks are soft yet a bit chewy.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 Cups Flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Yeast
Instructions

Put all ingredients in breadmaker pan.

Set to dough setting.

When complete remove from pan. Roll out and use a pizza cutter to cut into sticks.

Bake 350 degrees 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Immediately after removing from oven brush with butter and add any seasonings such as Parmesan cheese or garlic salt.
Lion House Rolls In A Breadmaker
Lion House is a restaurant known for its fluffy amazing tasting rolls. I modified a copycat recipe to be able to make them in the breadmaker with the dough setting. While these don't taste just like the real thing, they are still amazing.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Butter Softened
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 3/4 Cups Flour
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
Instructions

Add all ingredients in order given into breadmaker pan.

Set breadmaker to dough setting.

When breadmaker is done, roll out to 1/2" thickness and shape into crescents.

Let Rise for 1 hour.

Bake 400 degress for 10-12 Minutes
Easy Pizza Dough
We use this for pizza and calzones.
Ingredients
- 1 3/8 Cup Water
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 4 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Yeast
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in order given in bread pan.

Select dough setting.

When breadmaker is done roll out onto pizza pan or shape into small rounds for calzones.

After adding toppings bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
