Batch cooking freezer meal

Loaded Baked Potatoes are another family favorite! We will be batching potatoes today.

Clean and prep an entire 5 pound bag of baking potatoes.

Prick the skin of each potato several times with a fork.

Cook in 350 degree oven for 90 minutes.

Enjoy your baked potatoes for dinner with your favorite toppings. Some of the bacon you prepped and froze on day 2 is a perfect topping.

Baked Potato Topping Favorites:

shredded cheese

sour cream

chili

chopped tomatoes

butter

lettuce

Let the remaining baked potatoes cool and then put them in the fridge in a zip lock bag or large Tupperware container. We will be using them in a couple days.

I usually serve a fresh fruit salad with this meal.
